National Program Manager

Ana fell in love with wine during her undergraduate studies at the University of Northern Iowa in Cedar Falls a mere three weeks after turning twenty-one. Two years down the line, while completing her master’s degree, she moved to the Des Moines metro area and began working part time at WineStyles. She simultaneously enrolled in a WSET II certification program and after completing both educational trainings decided to part from her counseling career to further pursue wine. She is now on her way toward completing her WSET III and plans to continue pursuing additional wine certifications.

Shortly after graduating with her masters in May of 2023, Ana joined the WineStyles team full-time as Assistant Manager. Three months later, she took over as General Manager and National Program Manager, a fitting role for someone unwilling to cease being a student herself. Her primary responsibilities include curating the store selection and wine list, tending to the daily responsibilities of the store, and developing educational programming material for the franchise organization.
