As Vice President of Marketing for WineStyles Tasting Station, Julie Gschwend is responsible for the creation of the brand’s national and regional marketing efforts and communications programs. She also provides ongoing marketing support for the brand’s growing network of stores.
Prior to joining WineStyles Tasting Station in 2008, Gschwend was a senior account executive at J. Walter Thompson, a global advertising and marketing agency headquartered in New York. While there, she was responsible for developing new marketing strategies and branding recommendations for various national and regional clients.
Gschwend has also served as Director of Marketing of a fine jewelry line of Sixtar, one of the largest fine jewelry manufacturers in North America. In her time there, she handled all aspects of the brand’s marketing strategies, including product development and communications initiatives. In addition, she has also worked as Marketing Manager for Interim Healthcare, a national franchised network of home care, hospice and health staffing services (350 locations). Also served as Vice President of Advertising and Marketing for one of the largest video retailers in the USA, with franchised locations across the country and Puerto Rico, including five franchised restaurants.
